Jeans : alternatives to skinny?

I'm a size 14/16, mainly in flats as I walk a lot. Any tips for alternatives to jeggings which I think make me look sausage like? I wear Topshop Jamie a lot but wondering what else might work.

I am bigger than you! I'm a tallish 18, hourglass shape. I wear straight leg jeans quite a lot. Sometimes turned up and sometimes not. Also love girlfriend jeans. I don't really like skinnies and only wear them under knee boots, as they're the only jeans which fit under knee boots!

@ParisJeTAime which brands do you wear?

My favourite straight leg jeans are (don't laugh), from M&S! They are called Sienna and I like them, as they have longer leg length and a bit of stretch in them. You could probably size down to a 14.

Favourite girlfriend jeans are from Gap. Again, they come up big ime. If you want cheaper to try them, Tu do some surprisingly decent GF jeans. Again, they come up big!

I have the most comfortable pair of slim leg jeans from Fat Face (the range is called sway). They are similar to skinnies but just a tad losers on the waist and calves.

I have to say I was happiest when pregnant in my girlfriend jeans from Topshop. I did buy a 16 from Tu a few years ago but they ended up too baggy. I think I'll look at these options but get smaller and hope they loosen.

I like M&S Lily, might give Sienna a go on @ParisJeTAime's recommendation

I have my lily's on today, I too will try the senna.
