I've reached a dilemma. I have always had hair on my upper lip. It's pretty much a full grown tache. I currently use jolen bleach but really this just means I have a blonde tache - my natural hair colour is dark brown. I am so scared to do anything to it that might make it grow back thicker or darker but literally can't stand it anymore. What's my best option?
