How would you style this Hobbs leather shirt?

This has been a thing for a few years, has anyone bought one? I'm a bit vulnerable to fashion victim moments (covid boredom I guess) and not sure if I'm thinking straight.
Allyson Walsh is wearing it here. I love a blue shirt, I guess I'd wear it over a t-shirt? The stuffy Hobbs styling has put me off a bit.
On the other hand I already have two blue biker jackets so if this doesn't work out as a shirt I don't need it as a jacket.
I do wish it had a bigger collar, I guess that means it isn't the exact perfect thing.

It very much looks like a jacket to me. Not sure how that would work as a shirt and certainly too thick to tuck in I think.

Even though Alyson refuses to use the word, it’s definitely a shacket rather than a shirt. It would be far too big and bulky worn as a shirt or tucked into anything. Given you don’t need anymore leather jackets, I wouldn’t bother.

Jacket come to mind for me.

Ok, thanks for that, very helpful. I wasn't taking the tucking in issues into account but when I wear a shirt I do tuck it somewhere and you're all right, you couldn't do any sort of tuck.

I felt a bit meh about it but I can take time to warm to a new concept - and it has sold out! - so it was a fomo purchase.

Yeah, I don't understand Allyson's objection to shacket, it's a useful descriptive word.
