New to grey hairs, what to do?

Sorry if this is a daft question. I’m 31, suddenly have tonnes of grey hairs popping out of absolutely no where. I‘be never coloured so I’m complete newbie to hair colouring. I have dark brown hair so the greys are sparkling like a disco ball on my head. What are you meant to do? Do I use a box dye all over my hair then start doing root touch ups? I started snipping the greys when I found them a few months ago but now can’t keep up as it’s so many.

Oh may I add I’m also 10 weeks pregnant if that makes a difference to what I’m allowed and now allowed to do 🙈

I’m 31 also with brown hair and have just noticed this too. What I have done is book in for the hairdresser and told her that is why I am going to her, so she knows her job is to sort the greys Blush
Then maybe try and keep on top of it with root touch ups until I next go to her again?

Do you think you will be able to manage until the hairdressers open again? X

I'm similar to you, I have dark brown hair that has never been dyed, I'm 35 now so have been doing this for the last couple of years since the greys started appearing, I get a box of the root touch up dye, and just use that on the grey bits, I don't dye the rest of my hair and you can't notice the difference between the bits that have been dyed and the bits that haven't

Thanks ladies. I was thinking of using a box dye too but problem is the greys are spread throughout so like few strands here and there I feel it’s difficult to find them especially the back of my head. I may do the same and book in at a salon and see what they say but you know what they’re like with trying to rip you off for a bigger job than required .

You and dh need a new game!! Hairdressers!! He can do the back! Use home dyes for years. Even during pregnancy..
