School run fashion revamp?

I realise this might be a very pathetic sounding post but recently single and the only time I'm ever out is on the school run and I feel like I need to revamp my look. Prelockdown it was glasses, jeans, jumper, trainers and a massive parka. I didnt wear makeup either. I look lovely when im out out but not on a normal day! It's an hours walk home so I want to keep the trainers but any other tips to look a bit more presentable and perhaps desirable?

@Eesha, you should be very proud of yourself for even getting outside the door so soon after a breakup, let alone with little kids and walking a million miles a week. You are taking control of your mental and physical health in a constructive and responsible way. Screw negative people and keep on with what you're doing!

@justilou1 thank you! Honestly it does make a difference when you look reasonably nice and stops me feeling so depressed! Onwards and upwards!!!

@lalafafa love those trainers though just got a pricey pair on ebay so cant justify more. The raincoats are cool too! Very pricey sadly!

@peachypetite thanks for checking in. Im good, getting more exercise with my walks. Falling into a bit of a parka / leggings trap but have bought some gorgeous smock tops to wear with my peacoat when the weather is better. Now debating jewellery.....
