It’s so cold that I’ve reverted to wearing thermal leggings underneath my jeans. Beautiful and sunny though.

I think this is pair of jeans #4 (and I’m nowhere near exhausting my collection).

It's sunny and bright but cold here. I'm wearing a vest from All Saints, jumper from The Kooples (bought in 2013!) and Topshop jeans.

@itssquidstella thank you! Yes she has a piece of the vegan cake I made her and a bite of the vegan cake her brother made her. Then she kind of died because we had a picnic lunch with her in her room ( usually she eats alone because it's such hard work and slow for her) and it used too much energy. But that was expected

Snow flurries. Mental. Old Fabletics leggings and Sam Edelman boots. With DKNY Sport jacket to take PurplecatDog out - total impulse buy jacket but love the colour, it always cheers me up. With wee Marc Jacobs bag. Too bloomin wee to be of any actual use normally, but great for poo bags and dog treats. Not sure what Marc would make of that.. lol

We have a smattering of snow. Ridiculous
We are all definitely under the weather and at 1.30 am DD had temp of almost 39 so I’ve ordered us covid tests. She’s 18 days into first vaccination

Didn't post yesterday as spent day in d gear planting the garden in between snow flurries. Took ages to dig up such a small patch weirdly the old owner plant nothing in the sunny part of the garden!

Thanks for the outfit compliments the other day. Chilly here today! A memory popped up on FB yesterday of this time 3 years ago I went for an evening ride with a friend and we took the horses into the river. We're both wearing t-shirts and it looks so summery and warm. Definitely not like that now!

Very dressed down yesterday so no outfit for then. I cricked my neck and shoulder and couldn't turn my head, but it's easing up today.

Dressed down and moping around. Bf has a chest infection (both had negative Covid tests thankfully), so he’s not feeling great, and is insisting we both suffer, lol. Got my new footwear through from MBT - I have upper spinal issues and am hoping these will help. Not the coolest looking things, but they have a curved sole to help you move better - we shall see..

I'm hoping around too @Purplecatshopaholic this is the first time off I've had in a year (apart from BH & Xmas) and I'm really down...think I've been pushing so hard for so long I'm not used to stopping.

So wearing a bright jumper to cheer me up!

I know what you mean @Sickoffamilydrama. I tried to take this week as holiday. I managed one day. I just can’t relax at home at the moment. It’s like spending my holiday in the office. Only without actually getting to see people. And there is nowhere else I can go. I just feel so trapped (trying to avoid being at home means I’m currently walking 150,000+ steps per week - which at least means I’m back to my pre-lockdown weight).

Love that top with the belt @Sickoffamilydrama, looks great. Just got some Jaki combat trews that I ordered. Was unsure (for those who don’t know, they come in one size that allegedly fits 8 - 16, and I was dubious that was going to work - I am an 8 just for info), but actually they are pretty good. Defo looser for an 8, presumably tighter for a 16, and maybe just about perfect if you are in the middle. I will be keeping them though - decent quality, nice length and cut, and they have pockets! Will post a pic in a bit when I get off the sofa!

Just wanted to let @toastfiend know that she has inspired my first Lucy and Yak purchase - some dungarees for my daughter, but we are the same size so when I try them, if I don't look like a clown, I will order some for myself.

@Sooverthemill - I find price per wear a really useful way of looking at purchases. Especially for footwear.

@EllaPaella - I love your outfit. I hope you have more suitable weather than we do for your garden gathering (we have rain).
