I'm very pink today! Cardigan from &Other Stories; rose gold necklace from Oliver Bonas; pink glittery socks from Anthropologie.

Tempted to add my pink converse later but that might be overkill 😂

Those trews are ace @OublietteBravo! Slung on the navy Anthropologie joggers again, with a Smiths tee shirt and flats from Lucy Choi.

Milder today but very windy. A great opportunity for dd age 16 years to put on her mini skirt. Top new look, pinafore boden.

So this week or for several weeks I'm wearing all my blouses/ shirts better start with short sleeved ones by the look of the weather then move back to long. The warm weather today caught me by surprise so bit of a mixed outfit today!

Can I ask opinions on this camo jacket? It’s M&S £39.99 and I like it but is it a bit long? Too ridiculous given I live in a seaside town full of old folk and never go out? For reference my hush military jacket that is probably 6 years old and I think a good fit. The new hush ones are a bit pricey . Also have my eye on a Baukjen or Sézane pink one! Won’t get all 3. So honest opinions please

I like the new jacket, @Sooverthemill. I don't think it's too long but it maybe feels a bit more coat-like because of the length, if that makes any sense?

I think the Hush one is a better fit @Sooverthemill. I think it might be the overall cut of the M&S one that isn’t quite right rather than the length. I don’t hate it, but you certainly have nicer clothes already in your wardrobe.

We are going to the North Yorks seaside today. I've been really missing the beach and the sea and it's the first thing I wanted to do when lockdown eased. I'm not sure how warm it will be on the coast so I'm in MV jeans, DP t shirt and layers. Trainers are Stan Smith.

I agree with your decision @sooverthemill Hush jacket is a much better fit on you. Fingers crossed for the hush sale.

Beautiful day today ☀️ Easter holidays have started here so we've been for a lovely walk and ice cream to make the most of the sunshine. I really want to go a bit further afield tomorrow for a longer walk but I'm not quite sure how far we're allowed to travel now 🤔

A couple of more spring-like outfits: yesterday - jeans M&S, top Joules; today - harems hush, top Boden. The weather's forecast to get a lot cooler again on Thursday which will throw me - I'm in spring mode now 😆

I prefer the hush jacket you already have @Sooverthemill. Not sure the m and s one does anything for you.

I agree the M&S one isn't as good as the hush one @Sooverthemill which means you won't wear it as much. The pink sounds interesting.

I want to wear this blouse more as the colour & style is pretty but I struggle to find things to go with it. In my mind the culottes outfit looked good in reality it didn't quite work as you can see!

So switched to these next trousers. Has anyone seen any similar trousers as these crease terribly?

@PalacePaper although apparently our seaside town is filling up and all our second home neighbours are back the official guidance is still stay local I think. It’s not helpful they haven’t reminded us. I think the only relaxation is being to meet outside. I’ve booked a sitter for late April hoping by then I could go out!
I think if you are on Easter holidays you have to have some fun though in some way!
DD has had blood tests back which are confusing our GP. We now have to wait 13 weeks to ‘see’ a rheumatologist but DD has lost the vaccination side effects thank goodness. Old dog is now at vets having blood tests. What do they say about animals and children?

Patterned trousers #3 - ever so slightly big since I’ve actually managed to shift most of the lockdown weight. But I do love them, and can always get them altered once things open up again.

You all look great. I'm wearing my pale denim cropped Levi's and a v neck white t shirt. It's so warm, currently catching some rays in the back garden.
I've ordered https://www.toa.st/collections/womens-sandals/products/fracap-eve-sandals-black these sandals from Toast, tbh it was love at first sight. I half want them to be perfect and half want them to be a terrible fit as they are so flipping expensive but they are everything I'm looking for in a sandal!

Not the most exciting outfit today! I'm in MV jeans (again) a MV t shirt and Veja trainers.
Another gorgeous day and the last one before snow next week! We are enjoying being allowed to travel for a walk so are about to head into a nearby town for a walk along the river. My two children are teenagers so, although DS 14 came to the beach with us yesterday, neither are coming today. Hope to persuade DD 17 out with us tomorrow.

@EllaPaella I didn’t want to click on your sandal link as I knew they would be beautiful! Thankfully I am looking for something similar but in tan!

Just had a lovely time walking in the warmth to Sainsbury's for dishwasher tablets with my eldest DD #rock & roll lifestyle! Although I really enjoy just walking along with her chatting.
