Has anyone tried these products from Facetheory

I am 41, prone to breakouts, skin is dry. Most products tend to make my skin so dry it actually hurts. I've tried so much stuff and even had consultations with a dermatologist. Nothing seems to help.

This is what Facetheory have recommended:
Clarifying Cleanser C2
Ocuwake Eye Cream EYE1
Regenacalm 2% retinol and vitamin C serum S1
Polypep Collagen Boosting serum S8
Supergel Oil Free moisturiser M3
Amil C-Whip M5

Also, is this too many products?

Thank you.

I use the freshening face wash from them, the sensitive skin toner and the night cream (lavender). Have had no breakouts and I find they are good for dry sensitive skin. I’ve not tried the serums as yet.
I am on a repeat order which for me is unusual.

I use the regenacalm pro 3% And I really rate it, my skin has been amazing since I started using it.

I’ve also tried the eye cream but found it really oily, but if you have very dry skin that may not be a problem for you.

I also had their toner and night cream but I sent them back as they made my skin very greasy and the night cream brought me out in spots.

This is so useful and positive thank you.
I love that they have 365 day return policy too. The amount I've spent over the years on stuff that promises so much and after only two uses makes me face itchy, such such waste of product!

I've ordered Clarifying Cleaner C2, Regenacalm 2% retinol and vitamin C serum S1 and Amil C-Whip M5. Going to introduce them slowly and if they work am going to invest in the eye cream too.

I used C2 cleanser. Amazing. Tingles. Don't use on eyes. Skin noticeably worse when I stop using it!

Amil whip is lovely day moisturiser, I am on tub never 3 and use the relaxing night cream too.

I use the regenecalm serum one night and porebright the next.

The products have definitely helped my skin.

I've been using face theory for nearly 8 months now after suffering horrendously bad skin post lockdown 1! It's great stuff. Hope you've ordered only one serum though! I wouldn't say the eye cream in necessary if you're using a retinol based moisturiser or serum either. Enjoy!

bonfireheart · 02/03/2021 19:14

@30scrisis yes it's just one serum, just has a very long name :) hoping it all makes me look somewhat better before we have to go back into the office!!

Ahhh! I use the clarifying cleanser, cera c toner, Regena-c moisturiser and the lips balm bio active. The restorasoft make up remover is great and the primer is pretty good too! My make up seems to last pretty well with it underneath! Can't really fault their products at all and I love the glass packaging. I think you'll be happy with your choice! My skin took about two weeks to clear up. I didn't really have many wrinkles before but I use this stuff twice a day and at mid 30's I don't even have the slightest hint of crows feet!

theneverendinglaundry · 02/03/2021 19:53

I've got the ocuwake eye cream and the night cream (can't remember what that's called). Really like them both. The eye cream comes in quite a big tube and is very rich so you only need a tiny amount - it will last ages. The night cream is also rich but it's not greasy.

bonfireheart · 02/03/2021 19:57

This is all so great to know! Am trying not to get too excited cos nothing seems to agree with my face but really hope this makes even the smallest difference.

I've never really been a repeat buyer of many face products but these I am sold on.

MapleMay11 · 02/03/2021 20:49

I've used the olive squalane a while (on my third bottle) - it hydrates well when used over hyaluronic acid. I've just bought the glycomide body cream which smells lovely, but it's too early to tell how effective it is.

Bumping the thread.

Anyone still using these? My husband has their skincare set (vit.C SPF cream, glycolic cleanser, face mist and night cream) and has amazing skin. His nose is free from blackheads. I normally use Tropic skincare, but thinking of switching to something bit cheaper? Cost of living crisis is kicking my butt.
