M&S and Nobody's Child

So I've noticed M&S are now selling Nobody's Child on their website. And I think other third party brands. Just wondered if anybody had tried / bought anything and what their thoughts were re quality / fit etc.

I like the sustainability ethos of Nobody's Child so am interested that M&S are now making it available.

I bought some bits from Nobody's child several years ago, they had some lovely summer dresses. I think the quality was similar to H&M, nothing lined etc. Came up a bit small but as I say this was 2-3 years ago.

I have the leopard print skirt, I did go up a size, the quality is ok, as above said similar to H&M.

I bought two things from Nobody's Child through M&S. Found them to be CRAP quality and I'm not usually that damning about clothes. One jumper was made of such nasty fabric, I swear it crackled as I put it on. They went straight back. At least that was easy as M&S is one of the few places which is open!

I’ve bought one of the ‘Be Kind’ sweatshirts and a couple of pairs of joggers.
Absolutely love them, so soft. Wear them all the time. That was before their collaboration with M&S, saw something online about Fearne Cottom wearing their stuff so I had a look and got a discount code and think they were also already on promotion so got them at a good price.

I have a few dresses that I love. I would say fairly true to size.

Thanks for the feedback. Interesting re quality issues but I may try and order a couple of things I really like and see how I go. The BeKind hoodies - while not my thing (the slogan) do look very comfy.

I ordered a dress which had to go back. Dreadful material and wouldn’t go over my head.

Size up!

I bought a jumper and found it not very good quality for the price.

Wouldn't buy the knitwear again, but some of the dresses look really nice.

MerlinsButler · 24/02/2021 14:51

Thanks for your feedback everybody. It was the knitwear I liked although some of the dresses are lovely. Will maybe have another think and order a couple of items just to see. And size up! Smile

I got a lovely polo neck jumper a few weeks ago and after 2 wears (not even washed) it looks like a rag, all felted and bobbles.

Sent back as faulty, it was £45 and was much worse quality than H&m... Disappointed as it looked fab and fit well (I'm a 12 and got a M)
