Anyone had a boob job? Do you regret it?

For the last 6-7yrs I've been considering getting one. After three children and small breast to start with they are empty and saggy. I am probably a 38b and I still gape at the top of the bra (probably need a different shape) but I am so self conscious of them. They are so empty I can fold them and if I bend over they literally just sag its truly ruining my confidence.

I have been looking up and I think I have concluded that I would love to have it done. But worried about scarring, the issues it can cause or having to replace them down the line whether I could afford that etc. I don't want big breast I just want to fill out the skin I have I'm guessing maybe a full c cup. I'm quite tall but wondering if it's actually worth spending that much money for such a 'small increase' my sister and sil have them done and they are quite big but they said it really changed their lives.

So anyone had one? Do you regret it? Did it help your confidence?

It depends how big an implant you need to fill them out as to what size you will be. There's no point sticking a c in if there's room for day an E as it'll look weird.

Mine are an E now after over muscle implants which my surgeon recommended. They don't look false as just sit in my natural breast pocket and are surrounded by my own flesh. I have a tiny 2 inch scar which can't be seen from the front as it's just under the crease.

Is your nipple above or below your natural crease?
