Has anybody had any experience with Schwarzkopf L9 lightener?
Naturally my hair is very thick and medium dark brown. For a little over a year I have been bleaching it blonde and using Schwarzkopf L9 lightener to touch up roots in between salon visits. I have had no problems with it at all and it has always been easy to apply and matched the colour perfectly every touch up. However I noticed they changed the packaging recently and a few of the things inside the box were different and the anti-yellow conditioner and anti-breakage serum have been taken out. I applied it to my hair as I have done many times before and left it for the same amount of time to develop. All was going well until I washed it off and... my roots were bright orange! I have never had this problem before!
Has anyone else had a similar experience and which products do you suggest I use instead?
