New undies size 14 and wobbly

I need nice undies to perk me up. Not sexy. Just nice and shaping yet comfy but better than my giant m and a bet huggers. I've got some great Asda knickers that are no vpl but higher waisted and black with lace so vs buy those again but want some nice bras or more big but flattering knickers. My belly is like raw dough. Boobs 34D normally. Boob or bust says 32F but I find a 32 band really tight. Are there any gems out there that won't break the bank? I can't face an endless trawl. Tully in Firefly lane is my underwear heroine right now! But then, I'd love her body too. All ideas for a peri menopausal woman welcome !

Victoria's Secret have lovely underwear in all types of styles, they often have good offers too.

Brastop are good

Fenty Savage have some pretty but comfy sets and usually have lots to money off offers too. Just be watchful of the subscription model and cancel it if you sign up to get the initial offer prices!

Have a look at PourMoi

I was horrified to find out I'm XL at Victoria secret but did find two pretty bras there. Pants were skimpy though so I'll check out the recommendations above

I'm a size 14 and all my underwear is from Victoria's Secret because it lasts so long and is extremely comfortable.

I'm a Large in knickers and bras are true to your normal size. Definitely recommend.

I buy all mine from ella&me. It’s made in the UK and v long lasting. Lots of coverage.

polkadotpjs · 21/02/2021 14:05

Oh is it long lasting VS? Good to know. I've had m and bras go in holes after a year- their t shirt ones whereas Primark have lasted ages but weren't comfy

@polkadotpjs I've still got knickers and bras I bought 6/7 years ago! I've always been a huge VS fan but I spent a lot of my teenage years in America, probably why! Now when I go, I stock up on some essentials or treat myself to a pretty set but most of it has lasted me years. Especially what I call big knickers (comfy and period friendly) 😂 also have loungewear and pjs from there too, very comfy.
