Nice trainers for spring

Any recommendations for some nice trainers that will go well with both a dress or jeans? Trying to get together a nicer wardrobe for spring as everything I own is falling to bits or looks awful. Have no idea about fashion at the moment, am late 20s so in a bit of an awkward in between age where some shops feel too ‘old’ and a lot of clothes seem too teenager-y. Feel very lost particularly with footwear!

What sort of colour do you want? White Adidas Stan Smith's are very popular and work well with both jeans and dresses

On a similar thread last year someone recommended Nike Internationalists and they were exactly what I was looking for.

I got some pale ones for summer last year and am looking into getting some dark coloured ones this year for work!

Air and Grace ones are lovely & vv comfortable. They do all different designs too. Look nice with jeans and dresses and they aren't that common.

Fashion editors like these and Vejas.

Stan smiths, suergas and converse are usually mentioned. i'd give them a miss. Stan smiths offer some support but the other two are dreadful.

Although I'm a lot older than you though OP, so you probably don't want to take any style advice from me. (I never wear trainers either!)
