Does anyone have this? I bought it yesterday but it's not mauve at all...more of a brick-reddish colour. Have I got a faulty one?!

It looks like what I'd expect to be honest OP worh that name. I've got a shade called 'Good Mauve' (or something) from the same brand and it looks similar. That looks like a dark mauve nude tone to me.

Did you look at swatches before you bought it? Based on a google search it essentially looks the same in swatches online as that does in your photo so I doubt it's faulty.

A pain when something isn't what you want though.

Thank you for the reply!
It's quite a foul colour on me - a shame - but of course there are no testers these days! I was hoping for something more like the Heather Shimmer of my teen years. Confused

You can still buy heather shimmer :)

Take a look (Google) at Max factor Firefly and Raisin. They're like a pinky mauve shade. Both nice shades, slight shimmer. Nice everyday shades and comfortable to wear.

Thank you!!!

That's okay. 😊 Always Google the shades if you can't test them. I personally love the Max Factor colour elixir lipsticks (I prefer them to all the middle range brands). Some are shimmery some are just creams. I actually like the shimmery ones as I find them flattering against my pale skin. They are perfumed but I like the smell.
