I’ve fallen in love with the reginas but at £345 are they worth the money?

I’m torn but I do love those tassels Grin I also have slightly wider feet and I’m not sure they will fit and ideas on the fit?

@BeautyQueenIamNot I have the black suede flat and pre-lockdown wore them lots. Very comfortable and great for matching with outfits with the different tassel sets.

You should join the Fairfax and Favor club on Facebook. Some very knowledgeable ladies (and gents) on there... careful though, you might end up with a significantly lower bank balance 💸💸💸

No - I would say not. I had the heeled tan ones and the were uncomfortable and the shade was very much yellowish tan. They are very tall too. Not worth the outlay to my mind.

addicted2spaniels · 14/02/2021 21:18

They're a very very narrow and slim fit.

Couldn't even get the pair I bought near my feet let alone on them Hmm

Moneymonkey · 14/02/2021 22:04

I got a secondhand pair of flat Reginas off eBay - the lady I bought them off had the wrong size. They are a slim fit, but I sized up knowing this and they are fabulous. Dreamy to wear and warm for our now normal weekend walks. For ref, I am normally a 6.5 shoe and bought a 7.

BeautyQueenIamNot · 15/02/2021 09:46

Off to check out Facebook and eBay?

So I should size up? As my feet are a bit wider than average?

I like the ran and chocolate ones Grin

I have the flat chocolate reginas and pre lockdown I lived in them. They are so versatile and look lovely dressed up or dressed down.

I find in the reginas I have to size up in foot but still a standard calf.

I will be buying some Amiras once lockdown lifts and we can leave the house once more!

KitchenFairy · 15/02/2021 10:03

I have really wide feet and I found F&F too slim fitting. I ended up buying some Penelope Chilvers boots instead which had the opposite issue - ridiculously wide, I have to wear thick socks with them, no option to size down as I’m a usually a 3 or 4, I got the 3 and they don’t go any smaller.

BeautyQueenIamNot · 15/02/2021 10:52

@KitchenFairy my feet aren’t wide wide, just a bit wider.

I’ve ordered the chocolate ones 🤞 they fit

I have the Reginas and they are lovely but quite narrow. I cant get any thick socks on with them. The ones I have are the slim fitting ones and I think there are some that are a different fit

Off to look at the FB group, I've already got four pairs of tassels so I dont need any encouragement

BeautyQueenIamNot · 16/02/2021 12:08

Oh wow 🤩 they are beautiful

I ordered the next size up I’m and I’m glad I did as with a pair of thick socks they will fit perfectly!

I can see this getting expensive for DH Grin

Other ones you could consider are Valverde Del Camino 'Kate' or Rydale Ladies Suede Country Boots 'Haworth'

ILoveShula · 16/02/2021 13:57

Rydale have other styles - Allerton and Rievaulx are the same sort of style and £150
