Talk to me about coach bags

I've never heard of coach until recently. Any good??

I love Coach bags. I think the leather quality is really good, it's not stiff (like mulberry for example) and all the bags are lined.

I have about 10 of them. And 2 purses. Love them all. I might be slightly addicted but they are my go to bag. Last for ages. And they do silver hardware!!!! (I hate gold!)

Only have one which I bought in the sale- it’s gorgeous. Really good quality.

Costco sell them at decent prices if you have one close by

I have a few vintage ones (60s to early 80s) which I have restored. They are wonderful. With care they last and last and last.

I only buy leather ones though - can't speak for the fabric styles.

Bought a hobo style one while in Boston, US the stitching came away from the side of the zip and the zip keeps sticking, also part of the lining has come undone.

Maybe I got a lemon, but I would not buy another one

I have 3 and love them, like that they are good quality without being a flashy brand like Mulberry, which is a bit over-done and predictable around here IMHO

One of my Coach bags broke after a few months but they replaced it quickly and without quibble

@HiPieInTheSky, if it's an authentic Coach bag they will repair it for you.

It's an authentic bag bought in the Coach store, I did get in touch with them with regards to a repair and to be honest it was going to be such a faff on and they were not the most helpful, so I just left it. Having bought it in the States I was told it would have to be sent back there

I did thread the loose stitching myself (better than what it was) and tried oil, pencil on the zip, but it still sticks.

Tkmaxx had lots last year and looking at them the quality did not appear to be as good as the one I have.

Love coach. I've got a few bags (and I've just bought a coat in the sale). I think they are decently priced, especially if you have an outlet store near you.

They are similar positioning to Michael kors but trying to be a bit cooler with rexy the dinosaur.

They have some nice bags these days but honestly when I hear the name coach I immediately think of Middle aged middle America women with "mom hair cuts" clutching their fabric logo versions (normally with lime green or pink leather trim) that they got "for a steal" at the outlet mall

I think the branding is perceived differently here to in the States, where they are ubiquitous.

In my experience the leather bags are fantastic quality and look attractive.
