Hi is anyone still ordering from Debenhams? Are orders turning up?

My DH has parcels turning up daily from them at the minute Everything arriving just some stuff seems to be taking a little while

Still receiving the Debenhams emails daily but haven't ordered in 4 weeks so not sure.

Yes I ordered a reduced belt that was delivered fine.

Yes ordered a coat came 4 days later.

Thanks for the replies. I’ve seen a few bits that seem a right bargain but just wasn’t sure they would arrive. Plus I usually end up ordering a medium and large to try on and send one back. Do you think returns are being processed ok?

I just ordered some perfume from Debenhams which was a right bargain- 15% off an already reduced price.
Hope it turns up.

I ordered some clothes and they arrived. One pair of trousers are too big and I was worried that returns might not be operating well, so I'm keeping them with the hopes that I'll grow (widen?) into them!

Yes, have had some amazing bargains recently. Have returned a couple of things as well and they were processed very quickly.

Ordered perfume around 3 weeks ago, according to tracking Hermes have had the package for around 2 weeks, Debenhams are not helping rectify the situation

I ordered some children’s clothes and bras. They all came in separate parcels spread over 3 weeks. I’d be wary about having to do returns and decided if it something didn’t fit, I’d give it away. It was also cheap anyway.

I honestly wouldn't worry about having to return. Ive returned 3 things now and all refunds were processed very quickly
