Concealer for dry under eyes/ageing

Can anyone recommend a concealer that doesn't sit under the eye and look dry, sit in creases etc?

I've tried so many including Benefit, Nars, Laura Mercier.

I've just got this www.lookfantastic.com/maybelline-instant-anti-age-eraser-concealer-6.8ml-various-shades/11143225.html and I recommend it. It's fairly sheer, and goes on nicely. Doesn't cake or wrinkle like heavier ones do.

I wanted this but it was too expensive for me! It gets good reviews though www.lookfantastic.com/clinique-even-better-all-over-concealer-and-eraser-6ml-various-shades/12682050.html

(If you try the Clinique one, please come back and let me know if it's worth it!)

I was going to mention the Maybelline one too. It’s inexpensive but does a pretty good job of covering my dark eye circles and it’s nice and smooth.

I was actually thinking of starting a thread on eye bags, as I’d like recommendations for products that can minimise them! Since having my kids, I look perma-tired and don’t like wearing make up all the time. Are there any serums or treatments that can at least lighten the area so they aren’t so obvious?

Sorry I have the maybelline one its rubbish on my eyes, cakey and sits in wrinkles, I given up on concealer, I hate to think of the money I wasted on concealer.

Tarte shape tape concealer is brilliant. I put it on with a sponge and it looks natural. Quite heavy duty though but good for me as my dark circles are really really black.

I really like the Maybelline one but feel the spongy bit is too big. If they made it a tad smaller it would be brilliant.
Revlon do a similar one Youth FX which is great. The spongy bit is smaller.
I am afraid it may be discontinued.
Catrice do great ones too and are really cheap.

I've actually tried this one too, with the same problem!

I've spent sooo much money on concealer, but I need it. My eyes are so dark (small kids). I also have melasma from pregnancy and it happens to sit just under my eye bags.

I'm sure I tried the maybelline years ago but didn't like it for some reason.

I might try the Clinique. I was just reading about Kevyn Aucoin too, pricey as well!

Have you tried the Becca under eye brightening concealer? It's really light and doesn't sit in lines. It's a light peach colour which counteracts the dark circles. You still need to use concealer over the top but you'll only need a tiny bit which reduces the risk of caking. My under eyes are so dark but Becca completely lifts the colour.

My favourite is Trish McEvoy’s Correct and Even Full-Face Perfector. It has quite a high tech elastic feel.

TornadoOfSouls · 14/02/2021 08:18

You said you’d tried Benefit, was it the hydrating one? I find that doesn’t sit in wrinkles at all.

I really like the No 7 under eye concealer from Boots.
