Clothes revamp

I hate clothes shopping mostly because I'm overweight and dislike the changing rooms with mirrors all the way round so no hiding from my flab

Trying to lose weight but on an endless cycle of low self esteem because not losing weight and not losing weight as I just feel frumpy.

My wardrobe is full of clothes that are either old fashioned or too small. Thinking about refreshing my wardrobe for a few key items to make me feel about myself but where to start as I don't want to spend loads of money

Sainsburys, asda, m&s sale, matalan. Maybe look online to find some inspiration?

I love vinted at the moment. You can sell your old stuff and buy some new things, then when you've slimmed down you can sell them again.

I'm not sure if it's still going on, but I picked up a couple of bits in the Debenhams closing down sale recently.

What’s your body shape and what type of things make you feel good about yourself?

I’m a huge fan of Uniqlo and everything I’ve bought from there has been great value and quality. BUT the website is difficult and I will ignore about 80% of their stuff. It’s taken me time to get to know them well enough to get past this and find the gems.

Body shape?
Day to day needs?

Debenhams and house of Fraser have crazy sale on.
I would also look at unison for basic nice t-shirts.

I do think dressimg better will help.
