Need some stylish black trousers with adjustable waist

Morning - I have a job interview coming up and need some smart and stylish black trousers that fit my out of proportion body.

I've been slumming it in comfy leggings and joggers for months and have put on some pandemic weight.

I'm a comfortable size 16 on my bum and thighs but my tummy is an 18 I think and I can't get any trousers to fit me on the tummy without looking like a huge sack is spuds everywhere else!

I've thought about maternity trousers but is there anything else brands anyone recommend.

I've got some unilqo smart cuffed joggers, but they aren't jogging pant material, they're smarter than that.

I was going to say Uniqlo too. They used to do Ezy Trousers with a stretch band at the back like the opposite of maternity trousers. They have revamped them now as Smart Stretch with a hidden band instead. Love my Ezy trousers.
People on here also talk about those magic trousers that are one size fits all.

I was going to suggest Uniqlo also! I have some smart elastic waist trousers from there.
However I am a similar shape and find smart dresses much more comfortable and flattering.
