Virtual shopping - Bicester village

I’ve been trying to do the virtual shopping for a few shops at Bicester village this week and none of them have acknowledged or responded to anything I’ve asked to buy.

Has anyone tried this?

They keep emailing me pushing the service and reminding me there’s now just a few days left for the last of the extra discount sales but I can’t actually get any one there to respond to my requests to buy!

Yes, I did it last week at DKNY. I went onto their virtual shopping page and sent them a WhatsApp and they replied within 10 minutes to arrange the appointment. I haven't tried any of the other stores but they all have different preferred methods of contact on their individual pages and so it might be a case of having to send a variety of emails / WhatsApp's / calling them depending on the brand?

One sent an auto message back to me saying they will get back to me in 48 hours. After that time was up I sent another message and the auto message replied saying wait 72 hours Confused

@huuuuunnnndderrricks that’s interesting about Mulberry, I would like to buy a Darley satchel but definitely don’t want to pay full price! So do they film the stock they have and tell you prices etc? I really just need to see what colours they have and decide from there.

No , you make an appointment and they do it via WhatsApp video so they hold it up until the shop and you guide them round I guess .. they were very helpful .

Maybe it’s because I’m just shopping for basics.
I’m trying to get bedding and dressing gowns from white company, exercise gear from sweaty Betty and cookware from le Creuset

I’d rather be buying mulberry bags though Grin

I bought from the mulberry at Cheshire oaks, they were super helpful. Bag arrived today.

It is, was £650. They had oak and oxblood in stock.

Yes - I did it with Gucci and YSL just before Christmas and it was an amazing service via WhatsApp, I spent more than I planned but in a good way as saved a fortune on the items I bought Grin

Hello, just to revisit this, has anyone since purchased a Mulberry from the Bicester village outlet via the WhatsApp online virtual shopping portal? I’ve been sent a link to pay for a Bayswater and it just seems odd paying for such an expensive item via this method but perhaps it is legit? 😬🤷🏼‍♀️
