Hey! I’ve lost some weight that needed to come off & I’m trying to maintain the loss ... maybe even lose a little bit more. The issue is I have a roaring appetite. I’ve always had a big appetite but when I eat to satisfy my appetite I pile on the pounds. I’m doing about as much exercise as I can manage with the restrictions so more is not an option. I eat three meals and a small pre-bed snack but even now, at 11pm, I could easily eat a full meal!
Has anyone experienced this? Any tips?
