Breakout after serum

Hi all
I've started using No 7 protect and perfect serum for the past few days My chin looks quite red it's not sore but just looks irritated. Has this happened to anyone else and do you think it will go once I've got used to it!?

I have that serum and it's never done that to me. Have you tried anything else new at all even toothpaste maybe.

I've just started using the serum and the no 7 toner so I'm thinking maybe it's a lot of new things at once and my skin has had a shock!
