Has anyone bought anything from Brakeburn?

Recently had an ad pop up on my phone for this and liked a few things. Is anyone a fan and if so what is their quality like, is there anything you would recommend or to avoid?

I bought a top for my mother from there, the quality was good. I do think it's a bit "old", my Mum is nearly 80 whereas I'm 54 and feel I'm too young for it. Mind you, I said that about Sea Salt until recently and then found myself ordering a dress from there so what do I know?

I did last year. Bought a holdall, some tops, and a pair of jeans. The jeans were absolutely tiny, but everything else was really nice. The sales are very generous.

I have two Brakeburn bags and they are really well made, and a dress which is thick and heavy/warm and hangs well, but I'm sure it was longer when I bought it, so it may have shrunk shorter. I really like a lot of the Brakeburn prints!

It's good quality. I have a couple of bags and a wallet. It's popular with independent stores. Owners stock it year after year because it sells. They are based in Poole or somewhere else on the South Coast, so the designs have a nautical feel.
Some things are similar to Fat Face and Joules.

I have just placed an order!
Quality is good. Nice " crisp" cotton rather than Jersey
Other similar brands are Mistral and some fat face and white stuff
I'm 56 but used to buy joules, when quality was guaranteed

I've bought several dresses from there recently. The ones I have are really nice thick jersey fabric and have washed really well so far. The sizing is on the generous side I think. I wear a 16 from most places so ordered 16's from here, but I think I could have got away with 14's.

Agree it’s similar to white stuff ,
I have a Tshirt nice quality, soft but thick jersey, it shrunk a bit though on delicate 40 wash

Local country store sells it , I have a few sweatshirts that are good quality.

I have a couple of tops, they sometimes have them in TK Maxx. They're a bit mumsy I think but I do like them. Well made, nice thick fabric
