Blackheads

Hi, my 13 year old has an issue with blackheads around her nose. Can anyone recommend the best product for this please? Pose strips and peel off masks not working.

I have ordered the inkey salycyclic cleanser for my daughter. I insist she washed her face twice a day. Exfoliating works but it can take months.
