I have been invited to a Zoom Temple Spa session soon and would like any personal opinions, recommendations and avoid at all costs, if anyone is familiar with the products.

I know they are an MLM, but I want to focus on the products rather then they way they are sold.

I did do a search on here and google, but haven't found much.

I actually didn't realise it was an MLM for a long time as it's quite laid back, not pushy and the products are available in some shops and high end hotels.

It's all good but very pricey. The parties are actually very good at letting you try everything and work out your skint type and what you need. I really liked lots of it but it is very expensive so I've gradually moved to other stuff.

I still use the hand cream as it is hands down the best one ever, and beats clarins, elizabeth arden, aveeno, crabtree & Evelyn, l'occitane, norwegian formula, palmers.... Yes i consider myself a bit of an expert in this area 😂.

Hope you enjoy it!

I went to one on Friday. My skin still feels really nice today, so I think the products are probably worth using. We were given a cleanser, mask, toner, eye cream and moisturiser to try. I had the truffle moisturiser, which is £90, so not something I'd ever buy but it was nice.

We had a real laugh doing ours, maybe we didn't take it seriously enough!

There sleep spray is amazing I had it from my high end spa

Bananaman123 · 07/02/2021 21:00

It helped me sort my skin out but now i only use a few bits as expensive. A family member did classes but for her it was a way to network for her other business..
Oily skin so the cleanser and toner are amazing and i still use them along with some other brands
The eye cream is a,so really good but i buy on offer as too expensivs full price
The oily skin moisturiser was nice to start, but it starts to become more solid the closer you get to finishing a tube then rolled on my face

I dont rate the hair care, the masks didnt do more than cheap masks do. Also didnt like any of the truffle range

That's great. Thank you for the feedback.

The breakfast scrub is excellent

I love this typo! I have heard Temple Spa is on the pricey side Grin

Hoppinggreen · 08/02/2021 10:14

It’s actually really nice stuff and although it is mlm I find the reps less pushy than most. Not cheap though

I thought it had a very strong smell of alcohol. Other products I was very unimpressed by are Glorious Mud, All in Hand/All is well and Repose. None had a luxury feel or performed as well as my usual brands.

IMO the products are 'ok' and very expensive for what they are.

BUT the worst thing about them is the PUSHY selling after you buy from them. I had to block them in the end including on my personal mobile/email as well as on SM. It was unbearable and inevitably started with "Hi, hun!" grrr

Missingthebridegene · 08/02/2021 18:56

The moisture to go daily moisturiser is gorgeous and smells beautiful. I use one of the toners and that's gorgeous and lasts for ages. I used one of the face washes (the gel wet one) and it bought me out in spots but that's due to how deeply it cleanses your face and they passed! X

YouAreTheWordsIAmTheTune · 08/02/2021 19:01

I have sensitive skin and their sensitive range is lovely. It's expensive but the products last. I also like the repose night cream. Best to buy when there are offers on - they do them regularly. A friend of mine does it so I've been to lots of her zoom parties. We drink wine / fizz while trying the products and have a laugh. She's not pushy at all and only gets in touch about it to give me the heads up if products I like are going to be on offer.

Ginfordinner · 08/02/2021 20:18

Has anyone tried the Life Defence SPF30 moisturser?

Ginfordinner · 08/02/2021 20:19

And do I really need a toner?

OP posts:
CountryCob · 08/02/2021 21:46

Yes I used it but very light so only a summer thing for me, didn’t love the hand cream myself but I need rich creams as outside a lot. Love their relaxing aromatherapy cream and massage oils and agree breakfast scrub is great. Also agree it can be expensive and I find parties like this awkward and would not host one ever myself

CountryCob · 08/02/2021 21:47

It’s the repose one I like but as a massage style cream, the person who hosts parties around here is very good and you don’t feel pressured
