L'Oréal casting. Wet hair? Really?

Does anyone use casting? Instructions say apply in wet hair. Not shampooed but wet.
Hairdresser colour is always on dry as was e salon. Can't be arsed wetting. What do you do?

I’d follow the instructions!
I’ve used Casting in the past, but not for years. I think it’s actually easier to apply colour to damp hair and you’re less likely to miss bits since the colour will travel through the hair more easily.

Well I went with wet- took my hat off in pissing rain for last bit of dog walk and seemed to do a good job!
Hair colour doesn't seem to have made a lot of difference. Maybe I need a darker shade. Cannot wait for hairdressers to be open !!
