work shirts with a proper stiff collar

I've got a posh new job. Mixture of wfh and office. It is hard to find good work stuff online, I have almost given up on a suit without trying it on.

However proper smart shirts would make a big difference. I cannot see any suitable. for women they all seem to be either silk, or soft collars. I want the starched collar type.

I've looked at millions of sites - m&s, sainsburys, john lewis, la redoute, uniqlo, (well maybe not millions..) but none seem right. TM lewin have none in stock. next have an "oxford shirt" but it has a little motif on it, which i am not really about. I thought this would be really easy to find, but apparently not...?

Try Cos. These collar bibs are your friend. I now spend my life WFH wearing these and a cashmere cardigan or jacket on top with pyjama bottoms. Perfect!

I was going to suggest tm lewin, that's a shame. I have 6 from them and whilst they don't have the same quality of the men's label they have lasted years.

Collar bibs are an interesting innovation but don't seem versatile enough as I sometimes drop everything to go into office.
