Are you supposed to glide it around your face? Or just leave it in one place until it bleeps, then onto the next area? Bit confused with my new gadget!

I do a bit of both. There's tutorial videos online. All gliding movements are quite firm, so the skin is being pulled taut, and then kept taut throughout the hold at the end until the beep. What I do is:

Glide from middle of chin up jawline to ear, then hold at ear until the beep.

Glide from marionette line under nose to top of cheekbone, then hold until the beep.

Glide from outer edge of eyebrow up to hairline and hold until the beep.

Glide up centre of forehead to hairline and hold...

Repeat all round the face.

Glide up neck and hold under chin.

Good luck! I really like mine.

@Craftycorvid do you think it makes a difference to you?

Yes, definitely! No miracles or anything, but a definite subtle lifting effect if I use it regularly (you do need to keep it up). I was having CACI facials which were great but very expensive!

Yes I got mine instead of Caci. I don’t expect miracles but every little helps!!!!
