Shampoo for greasy hair

I’m wondering if you wonderful lot could please recommend me a shampoo?
I usually just buy one from the supermarket but I’m looking to try something better. Not sure how much I should be looking to spend, ideally not more than £15.
My hair is just below shoulder length and dark brown (natural). It isn’t particularly thin or thick, it’s normal. My main concerns is greasy roots!
Thanks 😊

L'Oréal extraordinary clay is really good. I usually wash my hair daily because it gets so greasy but I can sometimes push it to day 3 with this.

I’ve been using the faith in nature grapefruit and orange. Took a couple of washes for my hair to get used to it but I really like it one

Th only shampoo I've found that helps my greasy hair is Vosene. Cheap as chips and gives me 2 days between washes. Before I started using it my hair was greasy at night if I washed it in the morning. I think it's the salicylic acid in it that helps.

It's not shampoo, but the thing that's made the difference for me is, bizarrely, Aveda volumising tonic. I used to have to wash my hair every day, with this it's only every other day (and I can push it to three days). No idea why it works, but it does!

I haven’t found any shampoo makes me able to go longer. Perhaps @TadlowDogIncident is on to something though.

I find that drying hair thoroughly and then adding dry shampoo straight away and before bed helps. The Volumising ones feel disgusting but they do seem to help more.

What I find frustrating is that there are so many products for dry and parched hair and hardly any for greasy hair.

At the moment I’m also using the L’Oréal Clay one which I like... but I can’t say it helps much.
