Comfy non-wired bra for 30E on a budget?

Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm a size 10-12 roughly. I looked at M and S but so hard to judge size. My boobs are tender due to peri menopause. I'll go for a fitting at Bravissimo once it's safe, but meanwhile I need something budget and comfy to get through. Thank you

I picked up a couple in Sainsbury's recently as I wanted to try non-wired. They were stretchy and had a zip up the front, and really amazingly comfortable (in comparison to wired anyway). I can wear one all day!
I'm size 12-14 and a 34E and got the XL size. I can't recall how much they were - but this was Sainsbos. They'll not win any catwalk prizes, but for comfort and support then I'm happy.

Agree with Sainsbury’s. They have some lovely non wired styles. They don’t do a 30 but I’m a 30GG and went for a 34F for comfort and it’s fine. Not going to win any uplift or cleavage prizes but who needs that at the moment.

Also - Molke. The marmite of bras. I love them but I struggle to get them on and off. Again I prefer a larger size than I’m supposed to wear for comfort. I am supposed to wear a Medium Super and I prefer a Large Cosmic.

The M&S bralets are good, I'm a 28f/30e and the size 10 fits nicely! Smile

There was a thread in this in the last few day, possibly in S&B. Loads of recommendations for M&S bralettes.

I just tried to link to the one I bought in Sainsbos, but for some reason the link won't work. If you are interested search for Seamless Stretch Zip Front Crop Top (comes in black or white)

I had a mastectomy and while I'm wfh, the M&S bralettes are ace as I don't have anything tight on my scar. DH is a bit Confused about my Winkshape, but I'm comfy. And don't have to wear a really heavy prosthesis. Grin

Thank you so much for all your ideas - MUCH appreicated! I did do a search for bralette but probably spelt it wrong! I'll try Sainsburys or a size 10. have heard varying reports on Molke!

I'm same size as you OP and I live in non-wired bras.
My favourites are:
Lepel Lyla - you can often get it on Amazon for £10 or £15
This Rosie M&S one which annoyingly used to come in a 30E but they've stopped doing it. I bought one in the same in a 32DD and the fit is good too.

The M&S bralette gives a good shape (get the DD+ one in a 10) but I find it a bit hard to get off and a bit itchy because it's so lacy.
