Open heart pendant-where can I get one (not Tiffany)

I’d really like something like this, but I can only find it on Etsy from the US and the postage/tax doubles the price .

Does anyone know any UK sellers/jewellers that sell anything similar?

Thank you-I should have been specific, I don’t want a metal/diamanté one-but more of a coloured quartz type material like in the photo.

It’s obviously really specific because I can’t find it anyone other than Tiffany (£500) or that US Etsy one!
