help! skin under eyes dry and sore

I've always had dry skin, but at the moment the skin under my eyes is so dry it feels like it's cracking and sore
what will help, please
have tried E45, Paw Paw ointment and regular eye cream with limited success
I have some stuff from La Roche Posay ordered, an eye cream for dry sensitive skin and a slime repair balm
any other suggestions?

I had really dry skin under my eyes, was actually really sore.
I used LRP cicaplast. It quite thick but does absorbed. I just applied to that area 3/4 times a day.
To me it really is magic stuff. I always keep a tube of it sore when my skin gets dry and sore.

Since my eyes have cleared up I've been using their Toleriane range.
