Boots curl cream in the pink tub

Has anyone else noticed this seems to be out of stock on line and in stores?

I'm panicking a bit as this has been my staple finishing cream for years. I apply a tiny bit to remove any frizz from my curls.

Anyone got any curly-girl friendly alternatives that won't break the bank??

It's been gone for ages in my local boots. Woe. Watching with interest in case you get any good suggestions.

I moved on to WAVE HELLO
CURL TAMING CREAM (curly friendly). Usually £5-6 on Amazon. I don't think there is a replacement as cheap as the pink boots cream.

I like this one actually more than the boots cream.

There is this panic every couple of years when they stop stocking it. Hopefully it’s just a short term thing connected to Brexit.

Every so often really good stuff disappears from Boots.

There is some idiot in the Research and Development section who either wants to "improve" things, repackage or get rid altogether, products that are great.

So, said products disappear, sometimes for a while ( and reappear very unimproved ) or sometimes disappear for ever..

I do recall having a similar panic a couple of years ago and then it was suddenly in stock again.

I've switched to cantu curl cream. Also available in boots

I use this after I've washed my hair, before gel.

Do you use a bit it on dry hair?

I use Cantu Curl activator, made a bit stretchier with some water. After adding more conditioner to my hair.

I find the Giovanni Leave In is closer to the Boots Curl Creme than the Cantu Curl Activator and doesn't cause build up like the cantu.

Boots Curl Creme isn't strictly CG anymore but I do love it...

Life is too short to make curly people waste their time with ineffective and expensive curl perfecting products.

Boots are trying to make us go back to the dark times where we would spend time and money on every new curl product hoping to find the perfect curl but only finding hairline spots, Soul Glo style and beautifully branded rubbish.

Bring back Boots Curl Creme! It works and we love it.
