I am not living a healthy lifestyle this lockdown and I feel rubbish, however Spring is coming and February starts on a Monday so I am going to use this month to get back to feeling and looking my best
the plan is...
30 mins cross trainer every morning
Going outside for a walk every day no matter how short even if it is dark when I get out of work or raining.
No alcohol- lots of fancy tea and water
Make time to look after skincare/nails etc
Get enough sleep not stay on screens all night
Get a multi vitamin and remember to take it!
If anyone has any recs for short (and easy to follow) Pilates or yoga or an abs challenge that has worked for you please let me know!
