I am not living a healthy lifestyle this lockdown and I feel rubbish, however Spring is coming and February starts on a Monday so I am going to use this month to get back to feeling and looking my best Smile the plan is...

30 mins cross trainer every morning

Going outside for a walk every day no matter how short even if it is dark when I get out of work or raining.

No alcohol- lots of fancy tea and water

Make time to look after skincare/nails etc

Get enough sleep not stay on screens all night

Get a multi vitamin and remember to take it!

If anyone has any recs for short (and easy to follow) Pilates or yoga or an abs challenge that has worked for you please let me know!

I’m with you @FauxFox I’m going to try and do WWproperly- not just the bits and bobs since January.

I’ve bought resistance bands and I’m going to try and use them.

I’m going to try and take better care of my skin and my feet- I am dry and if trotterish hoof at the moment!

Right I have painted my nails- was a bit of a mess but I’ve not done it for ages. I shall try again.

I’ve also ordered a big bottle of the blue Nivea body lotion - love the smell.

I'm in, yes to moisturising feet and a gradual tanning lotion on legs / arms. Also doing my make-up properly rather than a quick smudge of mascara. My teeth are horrible and stained from lots of tea and hiding behind the mask, any recommendations please for a whiter smile?

My Yoga recommendation is Cat Meffan. She has quite a few videos on YouTube, double check in the name as she does advanced and intermediate level videos as well as beginner. I particularly like her 'Wake-Up Well' series. I found something challenging in each one, but they were relatively slow and stretchy, good for beginners like me. But she has videos on YouTube from 15 minutes up to an hour, so something for everyone.
