Size 22 funeral attire for a short person

Funeral coming up and I'm thinking I wouldn't mind a new coat. And a new dress. Something deeply fabulous but not black. Obvs black ok for the coat but it doesn't have to be....
Budget less than £200 for the coat. Need something to cope with a capacious bosom.

Any thoughts?

Honestly I think proper smart coats are so hard to buy online, and I find lots of high street coats are really badly cut for plus sizes. I’m a 20 and one of my best coats is a navy trench from M&S that is generous across the bust and a decent quality cotton with a lovely handle. So I wonder if this might work? I like the dark green which feels pretty versatile, and the wool % is high. Also it has money off!

That is nice! I have a big m and s and it's still open, might have a browse.

Would a shorter wool crossover/wrap coat work?

I always notice the women that wear a brooch. Always seems to make the outfit smarter and appropriate.
