Old oodie vs new oodie

Has anyone bought an oodie recently what did you think of the quality? I bought one in June and love it so much I got one for my partner and it arrived today and the quality is just crap! It's really thin and feels like a cheap Amazon copy!

I've sent an email asking if it was a manufacturing error or if they have decreased the quality but they take 14 days to reply so wandering if anyone here bought one over Christmas what did you think of the quality? The grey one is the old good one and the blue one is the new crap one. Thanks!

Yup me sadly. I also bought 2 Oodies last year and the new one (sloth) I just received today feels much thinner and yes in comparison the quality is crap.

I've also sent an email re the quality, dissapointment and wanting a refund asap.
I'm now even more annoyed because I wanted the navy blue but the delivery date was for 2 weeks time and I didnt want to wait but turns as you have the navy I could have at least got the colour I wanted even though sadly the quality is also poor.

I've got no basis for comparison because we only have one, but it's really thick and soft. Ds ordered it in November, but due to delays it didn't arrive until early January. It's a plain navy one.

@lazylinguist your's is more than likely one of the better previous batch. I ordered my previous ones in Oct / November. This new one was ordered in January.

I got for my DS at Christmas, pizza one. Quality very good, it's really heavy as it's so thick. Shame of them being so popular now means they have cut quality to up production.

Hmm, I got us all one here and we love them, really good quality I’d say. But, I don’t have an old one to compare it to so I guess it’s difficult to be sure. What I do know though, I bought niece and nephew one each for Christmas (cheaper brand, I’m not made of money 😂) and theyre ones were good but no where near as good as the Oodies we got so, 🤷‍♀️

The ones I ordered in Oct and received in Dec are fabulous quality but have nothing to compare with.

I've decided I prefer this oodie because it's longer and it doesn't get as hot so I can leave it on for longer

I have a cheap amazon copy which looks almost identical to your grey one. Its super thick and nice and cosy inside. Its actually quite weighty.

I got one from house of Harman which is brilliant quality. And much cheaper than an oodie. Can't speak for these as I've never been willing to spend out for a "proper" one, but if you're looking for an alternative they're worth a look.

I'm looking to return an oodie that DH surprised me with it's not for me at all. Anyone got experience with their returns process - DH has emailed to request a returns label and heard nothing yet ...
