What *is* that old lady shop called???

It always sends catalogues and sells jumpers in many shades of colour plus some sheets and towels etc plus long floral dresses.

My mum buys stuff from there but I might not risk asking her bc of not being able to describe it without sounding like I look down on it even though in fact I don't, and actually want to buy something from it...
