Help! What to wear with these Penelope Childers boots?

To all you wonderful, stylish ladies... my lovely DH knows I love Penelope Chilvers’ boots (and that they fit as I have big feet ) and gave me a pair for my birthday - pic attached. Trouble is I have no idea what to wear with them. They are smart knee length, heeled, brown. I wouldn’t tuck jeans in and don’t want to look fuddy duddy (I am in my 50s). Please stun me with your fab ideas!

They're lovely. There's not much they won't go with. How about a midi dress or culottes?

I think they’d look great with midi dresses!

Cord skirts and thick tights. Sainsbury's has a great range of cord/similar a line skirts.

Thank you for your replies - I've never worn culottes! Skirts and midi dresses great if they're not flouncy. Can anyone recommend anywhere I can look online? Budget not too much of an issue - I just need to find something so I can wear the boots!

Without knowing you size, shape, colouring or taste - here are a few different shapes that I think would work with knee boots.

Whistles
Hobbs
Hobbs
Boden
Cos

Size 14-16 hourglass with boobs, 5’9”, dark blonde/hazel colouring and I prefer fitted/skim shapes! I find Boden and Hobbs too twee generally, I like Whistles and find Cos shapeless unless you’re very slender. I actually do struggle to find things that are quality, maybe slightly quirky!

Agree - I think a combination of factors. I like the frame jeans as they look a bit longer for my height - but they don’t have my size. It’s given me food for thought. Will try and find a dress or skirt - but then again I’m not going anywhere to wear anything particularly nice! 🙄🤣
