Mask face- help!

I'm spending 12 hour days in a sweaty FFP3 mask and my face is really suffering. Anyone else?
The bridge of my nose is really sore but the skin under the mask (nose, mouth and chin) has become bright red and very flaky. It's awful and I'm glad that even out of hospital I can wear a cloth face mask to cover it up.
Anyone got any ideas what I can do to treat this?
Maybe I should sleep in a barrier cream or very deep moisturiser? However I'm suspicious this may be fungal as presumably the air under a tight fitting mask is very moist!
Help...... work is hard enough without looking like a 40 year old with with acne. Nothing compared to some I know.

If you think it's fungal speak to occupational health? Other wise use creams you know suit your skin,
