Powder highlighter or liquid, cream

I have dry skin around eyes, do ware a eye cream, what highlighter would you recommend, I have a couple of powder ones, but they seem to just sit on the skin and look dry, I did buy the clinique chubby stick in the pinky one but even that looks dry, is there one for dry skin or should I give up, I don't want it to be to high shine as I am 60 with some line around the eyes.

The Becca powder one is brill- is the only powder highlighter I've used that doesn't settle into lines or look powdery.

The glossier haloscope stick is also good, but can be slightly greasy for some skins. Does look very dewy and natural though.
