Dry, cracked skin around nails

My hands are constantly dry and I'm always slathering on hand cream, but the dryness around my nails is getting much worse. The skin is cracking and feels rough, catching on stuff. Any suggestions what I can treat this with? Photo attached (I think...)

Fulvic nail cream from Victoria Health (and a nail buffer) really sorted out my horrible nails and dry cuticles in the first lockdown. They're so nice now that I've stopped wearing nail varnish.

Buy some CND Solar Oil and apply regularly. It really worked for me when I have the same problem
