Sore hands

What can I do to make my hands look and feel better? Liquid and bar soap make them sore, what doesn't help is me picking at them! Quite often they bleed too. TIA

I bought some hands masks from Amazon. They were tea tree and peppermint and I have sensitive skin so I was quite worried they might irritate, but no - they made my hands feel soft and helped so much with the chapping.

Was coming on to say get some O’Keefes Smile The skin on my hands was hurting all the time, cracking and bleeding as well. I got some O’Keefes and my hands feel and look so much better. I had tried lots of other handcreams before, but none helped.

Thanks all, I've tried Neutrogena and Body Shop Hemp hand creams but they never seem to improve the skin sound my nails. Will look into the hand masks too. Any recommendations for alternative hand washes?

I’ve been using the Palmer’s Coconut Oil handcream and prefer it to anything else I have tried - I only picked it up because it was at the till point initially but am now on my fourth tube.

What’s made the biggest difference really is religiously applying cream every single time I wash my hands. I have a tube of this at my “workspace” (kitchen table!) for during the day, one on the bookcase next to where I tend to sit in the living room, and a tube of BS Hemp on my bedside table.
