Shampoo for thin/fine hair

After years of hair extension my hair is really thin and not very long...so now we are in lock down now is my chance to grow it while hairdressers are closed...can anyone recommend any shampoo/treatment to help my hair grow and thicken it up

Using SLS free shampoo has left it a lot thicker and healthier, took a couple of months but people have commented on it.
