Fabulous shoes for less than fabulous feet!

DH has offered to buy me some gorgeous new heels such as Louboutin's. Unfortunately I have wide, size 8 feet. Louboutin heels would not fit. I have never had anything like this budget for shoes before and I need some fashionista advice!
What would you choose? I am thinking about black pumps with a slim high heel.

Perhaps not quite as fabulous/special as Loub's but Carvela are great for wider feet/deep arches. Lucky you OP!

I've got a gorgeous pair of heels from Sargasso and Grey.

They're super comfy, and quite wide.

Thank you for your replies. I have had a look at the Carvela shoes on the Kurt Geiger site, but there couldn't see what I am looking for at the moment - a good tip to look at in general though.
The Sargasso and Grey shoes look beautiful. I hadn't heard of them before. The heels are not as high as I was looking for though. Perhaps wide feet are not thought to look good in high heels?

Someone on another thread suggested Tracy Neul shoes. They are very stylish and cool and look a lot more comfortable and wearable than Louboutins... but eyewateringly expensive. I have lusted over them, but not succumbed to temptation. However, when a trip to London is a possibility I might have to try them for fit.

I would probably wait til Selfridge's is back open and plan a trip ..they have so many designers there you could try on and see what fits well

You could try Chie Mihara (eccentric and comfortable) or Thierry Rabotin (comfortable, classic and long lasting)

I have fairly wide feet and find Jimmy Choos heels are very comfortable for all day wear. They have classic black pumps every season.
