I looked in a mirror today and shocked at how ages I suddenly look! I took tired and drawn and have lines/wrinkles
I am thinking about getting Botox or something once things open can anyone recommend what’s best the two main areas are under the eye wrinkles and crows feet
And the 11 lines between the eyes! I guess I’ve spent too much time feeling angry and frowning
My cheeks seem to look saggy too when smiling
I don’t really have any beauty regime so any tips or reccomendations or advice on treatment will be much appreciated
Thanks

SPF - using enough, reapplying, and wearing daily. Most ageing comes from sun damage.

Retinol/Vitamin A serums/creams - I don't have experience here, but they are the only proven method of improving the look of ageing. But they need to be used carefully, so research properly before using.

Facial massage - make your face slick with cleansing balm/oil and massage, this will stimulate the blood flow, reduce puffiness, and plump the skin.

I know nothing about fillers/botox.

Retinol. Boots No 7 or La Roche Posay Redermic face and eye cream. They help me look slightly less knackered.
