Help me find some wellies please

Can't believe it's come to this but I need some wellies, since the whole world is turning to mud and all we can do is to for yet another walk.

So, wellies:
Black
Ankle length
Ideally lined
Not cheap crap, but not spendy
I liked the Joules ones that look like Converse but they're not available in my size, and I've heard that Joules ones aren't that good.
I'm a size 4, so could probably get children's, if any go to a 4.

Ideas much appreciated.

I love my le Chameau. Don't know if they do ankle length but worth a look on their website? They are really well made and last years.
