Just fallen down the black hole of up to 70% sale in Jigsaw, now I have not bought anything from them for years and years.

So a couple of questions, if anyone can help, sizing is it still small fitting as it used to be?

Quality, whats it like now?

Am I right in thinking you pay postage but there is a pre paid label for returns?

I keep going back to the hammered satin tops, love them!

I bought a cardigan and it was rather oversized, in medium and am a 12. It was more the style I think or maybe the trend now. It was 100% cotton and thick, lovely dark colour and felt quality, just not right style.

I buy from jigsaw and do rate the quality.

Yes, they've added a postage cost but returns are free.

Now I may have to take the jumpsuit out of the basket, my legs are just not long enough!

I only really buy their pencil skirts, but I find them cut well for a small waist and larger hips. I am 8-small10 at the waist but large10/12 on the hips and a size 10 skirt fits me well. It's the only shop I have consistently found pencil skirts to fit without stretch material.

I love their clothes great quality. They're generous with their sizing so go for your usual size and you'll be fine.

Excellent quality but sizing all to cock - I’m a size 8-10 and sometimes their small is like a tent.

I'm 5'4 and size 10, big boobs and I wear their XS tops, even S is too big

I've had a couple of absolute bargains, great quality for sale price. Trousers were true to size, 12 but ended up with a 10 in a relaxed dress.

I'm an 8 and I've just sent back an XS cashmere jumper that absolutely swamps me - shame, because the cashmere felt decent.

I love Jigsaw and always have a venture at this time of year. Quality mostly still excellent. I'm a 16 but vary between 14 and 16 there.

Just saw this earlier thread - there is another sale on at the moment, with an extra 10% off.
Tempting, but Jigsaw seems to have some poor feedback re returns - people are very disappointed with the long delays in getting refunds. Has anyone ordered and had a positive experience returning items?

I've never had any problems with returns.
I think sizing is true to size but modern-style, as in big.
Quality is really good but some of the fabrics aren't as good as they used to be such as polyester rather than silk but still expensive.
I've bought loads from them over the years but am slightly off them at the moment because of the fabric issue.

It depends what your normal shop is? If you normally shop at H&M you’ll find Jigsaw on the generous side. If you normally shop at M&S you’ll find it small.
