Question for anyone who's bought mulberry?

I recently bought a mulberry wallet online brand new. It's absolutely perfect and I do love it but I only received a card in the wallet with a number and colour of the wallet ect. I feel I'm missing something or is that the authenticity card? In the past I've received details of how to care for the item or thank you for your recent purchase letter. It probably sounds silly just like to keep everything together in case I ever sell it on.
Thanks

Hi op! Where did you buy it from? Was it from the mulberry site?

ShirleyCurly · 20/01/2021 14:44

There's sometimes but not always a care card. What leather type is it?

You don't get an authenticity card.

Mulberry items such as wallets, purses and key rings usually come wrapped in tissue pair in a small box. There is a small card explaining how to care for the leather enclosed. There my be a small card inside the wallet with the colour and style in it this is usually tucked inside the item. There us No such thing as an authenticity card. It is possible if it came from Selfridges instead of Mulberry that it was was packed without the care card. Hope that helps . Lovely choice of purse Smile

That's brilliant thank you very much for that so I have everything I need then😊. I love it it's a beautiful wallet. I've yet to use it but hopefully it will bring me years of joy and I won't lose it on a night out in the future 😂
