Has anyone got a pair of these? Are they comfy? Do they rub? Should I go a half size down??

Thanks!

I have two pairs. Amazingly comfy and no, they’ve never rubbed. I’m a 37 (4) and have them both in that size. They’re snug but I have a fear of buying expensive shoes that have a bit of room to begin with and then they stretch and become unwearable.
I like them as they are very well made and comfy and aren’t OTT. I’ve had my first pair (leather) for a few years now and although I don’t wear them every day in the summer, they still look as good as new. My other pair are light suede and I dropped a splash of water on them on the first day of wearing and can now forever see that mark Angry Still lovely shoes.
Classics - would recommend.

I found them to be quite narrow fitting, and I don't have broad feet.

hopeishere · 19/01/2021 08:04

Thanks both. Do you want them in with socks first? I've narrow feet anyway so that's good.

Have you tried a suede rubber?

They look lovely, they seem comfy and I like seeing other people in them but when i have tried them on I despise the way i look in them!
Loafers not for me.

Hopeforhappiertimesahead · 19/01/2021 08:52

No socks I found them uncomfortable being so narrow, so did not buy them in the end, lot of money to start having to stretch with socks.

If your ordering on line take a chance and you may find them good for you

Fantastic, comfortable, last for ever. Buy your normal size.

Justfivemoreminutesplease · 19/01/2021 21:26

No I didn’t wear socks.
And yes, I’ve tried all sorts to remove the mark - it still just stares back at me knowingly Grin

Mollypolly2610 · 20/01/2021 20:23

I love mine. Socks or no socks they don’t rub and are very comfy and classic

Larach · 20/01/2021 20:43

Agree - they're really comfortable and didn't need any breaking in at all. I'm my usual size (I have two pairs).

pinkhousesarebest · 20/01/2021 20:47

I had to take a size smaller and always assumed they were Italian fitting. I couldn't wear my last pair- they stretched massively.
